Entry to Egypt may require a visa for nationals of some countries. Visa requirements may also depend on the type of passport (diplomatic, special and regular).
All visitors need a 6 months valid passport with adequate unused pages should you need a visa, you are advised to apply for it to the Egyptian embassy, or consulate representation at your home country or your country of residence 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
The following countries are exempt from visa requirement when visiting Egypt: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria and the United Arab Emirates. Passport holders from EU, UK, Australia, Canada, Croatia, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Macedo-nia, Republic of Korea, Serbia, Ukraine and USA can obtain a visa on arrival.

A protocol system will be set at Luxor International Airport to welcome all participants. Upon your arrival, please proceed to the EHCAAN/ACI Africa conference desk located at the arrival hall.
Transportation will be provided by the host of all delegates, VIP (board members), Speakers, Staff, Guests, exhibitors and sponsor from the LUXOR International airport to all hotels of the event. Transportation is also provided from/to above hotels to the nightly events & social day.
