Cancellation Policy :

Cancellations must be made by email by contacting Mrs. Nezha Karbal at: nkarbal@aci-africa.aero.

Cancellation between 18 December 2019 and 31 january 2020: Reimbursement of registration fee minus €100/delegate as administrative fee

Cancellation between 01 and 28 February 2020 - Reimbursement of 50% of registration fee.

Cancellation after 28 February 2020 - No refund will be given.

Airports Council International reserves the right to cancel or change the date and venue of the conference at any time.
