Cancellations must be made by email by contacting Mrs. Nezha Karbal at: nkarbal@aci-africa.aero.

Cancellation between 13 May and 30 June 2019: Reimbursement of registration fee minus €500/booth as administrative fee.

Cancellation between 01 July and 31 August 2019 - Reimbursement of 50% of registration fee.

Cancellation after 31 August 2019 - No refund will be given.

Airports Council International reserves the right to cancel or change the date and venue of the conference at any time.
